Construction projects are a challenge, especially for organizations that don’t do them frequently enough to formalize a procurement process. And there isn’t a lot of good information available online, just sales pitches.

I saw this as an opportunity. Credit union executings looking to procure AEC services are facing a major pain point, and in helping them without any sales pitches or strings attaches we can provide genuine value to the industry.

This is why I created the Credit Union Partner Selection Guide, a walkthrough of the RFP process along with a Word RFP template and an Excel weighted scorecard. It’s light on design and branding and cuts to the chase.

The reception has been overwhelmingly positive. We put something good out into the industry and as a result built trust with credit union leaders and established a nice baseline of what it’s like to work with us.
